Competition Terms and Conditions
Competitions hosted on all social media platforms by Costello Windows are open to entry to Individuals who are 18 years old and over and who reside in the Republic of Ireland with the exception of employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter competitions. Route to entry for competitions and details of how to enter are stated in the competition postings. Multiple entries from the same person are not permitted. Individuals who have liked, commented and shared on ANY/ALL social media posts up until the close of competition date are eligible to win. These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Costello Windows and not to any other party. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: (1) The prize is as stated in the facebook / Instagram posts and other alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. (2) Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received via Facebook / Instagram and verified by Costello Windows. (3) The winner will be announced on Facebook / Instagram and must PM within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not get in contact or claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. (4) Costello Windows will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. (5) Costello Windows decision in regard to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
